The bike needs to be returned to the same location as the pickup.

Your bike always needs to be parked in a bike rack.
Around the parks, main squares and (train) stations you are only allowed to use the underground parking facilities.
Those facilities are free for the first 24 hours. More information and the locations you can find on:

In case of any issues during your ride you can stop by one of our 5 shops in Amsterdam to exchange the bike.

Is none of our own shops nearby? Then you can visit your nearest repair shop to have the bike fixed.

In case you have opted in for the insurance, the costs will be fully covered by the insurance. Just take the receipt with you and we will handle the rest.
